مطالعه عملکرد پروتئینهای درگیر بیماریزایی ویروس کرونا در پروسه در بافتهای مختلف

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">نزدیک به سه سال است که از همهگیری ویروس کرونا که با نامهای علمی SARS-COV-2 و یا COVID-19 شناخته میشود، میگذرد. در ابتدای پیدایش این ویروس فرض میشد که این ویروس تنها قادر است بافت ریه انسان را درگیر کند و باعث ایجاد علایم و تظاهرات تنفسی و ریوی بشود اما امروزه مشخص شده است که این ویروس قادر است عوارض مستقیم و غیرمستقیمی بر بافتها و اندامهای مختلف بدن شامل: مغز، قلب، کلیهها، ششها، کبد، پوست و مو داشته باشد. <br>
بر این اساس در این مقاله به بررسی عملکرد و عوارض ویروس کرونا در بافتها و اندامهای مختلف بدن پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور مقالات چاپ شده در پایگاه دادههای مختلفی از قبیل PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Elsevier, and Scopus را از 3 سال گذشته و از زمان پیدایش ویروس کرونا مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است.<br>
بررسی مطالعات نشان میدهد که ویروس کرونا قادر به تولید پروتئینهای ساختاری و غیرساختاری مختلفی میباشد که میتواند به کمک این پروتئینها و از طریق گیرنده خود در بافتهای مختلف بدن، آن بافت را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و باعث پیدایش علایم متفاوتی بشود که این علایم در بافتهای مختلفی از قبیل ریه، کبد، قلب، مغز، کلیهها و پوست و مو تظاهر پیدا میکند. <br>
شناخت پروتئینهای درگیر و همچنین مکانیسمهای بیماریزایی این ویروس در بافتهای مختلف، می تواند به بهبود روشهای درمانی موثر منجر بشود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" style="font-family:">Goals and Backgrounds:</span></b></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span arial="" style="font-family:">It has been almost three years since the pandemic of coronavirus, which is scientifically known as SARS-COV-2 or Covid-19, started. At the beginning of this virus’s outbreak, it was assumed the lung tissue is the only target affected by this virus which may initially lead to respiratory and pulmonary symptoms and manifestations. However, nowadays it is clear that coronavirus has direct and indirect effects on different organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, skin, and hair.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" style="font-family:">Materials and Methods:</span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span arial="" style="font-family:">In this article, the function, and side-effects of SARS-COV-2 on different organs have been investigated. For this purpose, articles published in various databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Elsevier, and Scopus which were released over the last 3 years, have been discussed and analyzed.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" style="font-family:">Findings:</span></b></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span arial="" style="font-family:">Reviewing previous studies shows that SARS-COV-2 is capable of producing various structural and non-structural proteins. With the help of these proteins and through their receptors in different tissues, various symptoms can be induced in the lungs, brain, heart, kidneys, liver, skin, and hair.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span arial="" style="font-family:">Conclusion:</span></b></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span arial="" style="font-family:">With the recognition of the involved proteins as well as the pathogenic mechanisms of this virus in different tissues, the possibility of improving effective methods for treatment can be significantly enhanced.</span></span></span></div>
