fa بررسی وضعیت کاروران لیزرهای پزشکی با توجه به شرکت‌کنندگان در دوره آموزشی ایمنی لیزر عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#c00000">مقــدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> کار با تجهیزات لیزر پزشکی نیاز به تخصص و آشنایی با دستگاه دارد. در زمان استفاده بر روی بیمار، برای تشخیص یا درمان، فرآیند تابش&rlm;دهی بایستی توسط پزشک انجام پذیرد. با توجه به گسترش تجهیزات لیزر پزشکی، به&rlm;خصوص لیزر زیبایی و موهای زائد، بازار کار آن رونق خوبی داشته تا حدی که افراد غیرپزشک نیز وارد این حرفه شده&rlm;اند. دوره&rlm;های آموزشی ایمنی لیزر از آموزش&rlm;های اصلی و ضروری است که باید هر کاروَر لیزر بگذراند ولی شرط لازم است و کافی نیست زیرا که باید دارای اطلاعات بالینی نیز باشد. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">از شهریور 1394 الی اسفند 1400، دوره آموزشی حفاظت در برابر اشعه ویژه مراکز کار با لیزر به مدت 23550 نفرساعت اجرا گردید که اغلب آنان در زمینه لیزر پزشکی فعالیت داشتند ولی اطلاعات مشخصی از شرکت&rlm;کنندگان در دست نبود، از ابتدا سال 1401 با تغییر روال ثبت&rlm;نام و اخذ مشخصات کامل و بررسی میزان تحصیلات و گرایش تحصیلی شرکت&rlm;کنندگان نتایجی مشاهده می&rlm;شود که می&rlm;تواند زنگ خطری برای بروز سوانح پرتوی لیزری باشد و با رعایت اصول حفاظت در برابر اشعه، توجیه&rlm;پذیری - بهینه&rlm;سازی - مراعات حدود پرتو، منافات دارد.</span></span><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Working with medical laser equipment requires expertise and familiarity with the device.
