fa بررسی مقایسه ای اثر بخشی لیزر الکساندریت در موزدایی زنان با سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک (PCO)‌و زنان بدون سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>یکی از علایم آزاردهنده بیماری PCOD هیرسوتیسم می باشد که می توان از لیزر برای رفع آن استفاده کرد. مقایسه اثربخشی لیزر در هیرسوتیسم در زنان مبتلا به PCOD در مقایسه با زنان غیر درگیر در ارزیابی تعداد جلسات مورد نیاز جهت رفع موهای زاید و لزوم مصرف همزمان داروهای هورمونی کمک کننده می باشد.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در یک مطالعه مداخله ای 11 زن PCO مثبت و 34 زن PCO منفی در طی سال 1390 تحت درمان با لیزر الکساندریت Team Italy ، طبق پروتکل درمانی ارایه شده، قرار گرفتند. از بیماران قبل از شروع درمان و بعد از هر بار درمان عکس گرفته می‌شد و تعداد موها در یک سانتی مترمربع به صورت راندوم شمرده می شد. سپس میانگین کاهش مو در هر جلسه محاسبه می شد. در پایان میزان کاهش مو در گروه PCO مثبت با گروه PCO منفی مقایسه و تحت آزمون های آماری قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در 3 جلسه درمان انجام شده و شش ماه بعد از آخرین جلسه درمان در گروه PCO مثبت به ترتیب بعد از جلسه اول میزان کاهش مو 13/13% با انحراف معیار 52/11،‌بعد از جلسه دوم میزان کاهش مو 69/21% با انحراف معیار 35/16 وبعد از جلسه سوم میزان کاهش مو 54/32% با انحراف معیار 79/19 بود. 6 ماه بعد از آخرین جلسه درمان میزان کاهش مو 95/30% با انحراف معیار 77/17 (05/0 Pvalue < ) به دست آمد. گروه PCO منفی، میانگین کاهش مو بعد از جلسه اول 61/25% با انحراف معیار 50/13، بعد از جلسه دوم میانگین کاهش مو 35/47 درصد با انحراف معیار 41/16، بعد از جلسه سوم میانگین کاهش مو 78/57 با انحراف معیار 85/16 و شش ماه بعد از آخرین جلسه درمان میانگین کاهش مو 87/57 درصد با انحراف معیار 75/20 (05/0 Pvalue)داشتند. میانگین کاهش مودرافراد PCO مثبت نسبت به افراد PCO منفی به صورت معنی‌داری کاهش کمتری داشت (05/0 Pvalue < ).</span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>در درمان موی زاید در افراد PCO ‌ مثبت نیاز به درمان همزمان دارویی و تعداد جلسات بیشتر درمان با لیزر جهت نتایج بهتر نسبت به افراد PCO منفی وجود دارد.</span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Background and Aim:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> Hirsutism is one of disturbing symptoms of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCO). Meanwhile, in the PCO negative group, the hair reduction rates were 25.61%<u>+</u>13.50, 47.35%<u>+</u>16.41, 57.78%<u>+</u>16.85 after first, second and third treatment sessions, respectively.&nbsp; This rate was 57.87<u>+</u>20.75 (p<0.05) six months after last treatment session in the PCO negative women. The hair reduction rate was lower at the PCO positive group compare than the PCO negative group (p<0.05). The PCO positive patients need concomitant medical therapy along with hair removal lasers.
