fa کنترل و درمان حساسیت دندانی با لیزر عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>حساسیت دندانی از شایع‌ترین علل مراجعه به مطب دندانپزشکی است که به درد تیز و کوتاه ناشی از عاج اکسپوز در پاسخ به تحریکات حرارتی، مکانیکی، اسموتیک و شیمیایی اطلاق می ‌ شود. درمان‌های پیشنهادی شامل خمیر‌دندان‌ها، دهان‌شویه‌ها، ادهزیو و رزین‌ها می‌باشد. اما، اکثر این درمان ‌ ها غیر مؤثر یا با تأثیر محدود می‌باشند. امروزه، &quot; لیزر&quot; به ‌ عنوان روشی نو افق جدیدی را در درمان افزایش حساسیت دندانی گشوده است. لیزرهایی که برای درمان حساسیت دندانی به ‌ کار می ‌ روند به 2 دسته تقسیم می ‌ شوند: لیزرهایی با توان متوسط و لیزرهایی با توان کم. که ادعا شده ‌ است لیزرهای دسته اول موجب سیل توبول ‌ های عاجی ‌ شده و لیزرهای دسته دوم اثر ‌ های متابولیک دارند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در این مطالعه مقالات موجود در پایگاه‌های pubmed ، science Direct , google scholar با کلید واژه های dental hypersensitivity(sensitive tooth) و Laser در بازۀ زمانی 1980 تا 2012 جمع ‌ آوری شد.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>یافته </strong><strong>‌ </strong><strong>ها: </strong>نتایج حاصل از جستجو 34 مقاله بود که تنها متن کامل 19 مقاله در دسترس بود. بررسی مقالات نشان داد که درمان حساسیت دندانی با لیزر اثر ‌ های پایدار ‌ تر و طولانی ‌ تری را به ‌ همراه دارد اما نکتۀ مهم، انتخاب صحیح و مناسب نوع و پارامترهای لیزر برای بهره ‌ بردن از حداکثر نتایج و حداقل آسیب می ‌ باشد.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>نتیجه ‌ گیری: </strong>به ‌ نظر می‌رسد که در آینده بتوان در سطح فراگیر از لیزر با ‌ توجه به شیوع بالای آن برای درمان مشکلات دندانی از ‌ جمله حساسیت دندانی بهره‌مند گردید که این امر نیازمند مطالعات جامع‌تر در این زمینه می‌باش</span></span></span>د.</p> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Background:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> <span style="color:#231f20">Dental hypersensitivity (DH) is a condition that has been frequently found in the dental practice</span> that is characterized by short, sharp pain arising from exposed dentine in response to stimuli typically thermal, tactile, osmotic or chemical. Conventional treatments include toothpastes, mouth washes, adhesive and resins, however most treatments are either ineffective or with limit effects. The use of lasers open a new dimension in the treatment of DH. The lasers that has been used for&nbsp; treatment of sensitive teeth can be divided in to two&nbsp; groups of middle output&nbsp; and&nbsp; low power lasers&nbsp; that has proposed that the first group have the ability to seal dentinal tubules and&nbsp; the second one have metabolic effects.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Material and Methods:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> data sources included electronic database of pubmed, science Direct and google scholar.
