Ulcers in diabetic patients are more difficult to heal, due to reduced microcirculation and other disorders that affect wound healing.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Material and Methods:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> 30 type 2 diabetic patients, with grade 2 and 3 diabetic foot ulcers were treated with low level laser therapy. The mean duration of diabetes was 14.3 years and ulcers were present since average 3.4 months ago.
