fa کاربرد لیزر در بلیچینگ های دندانی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>دندانپزشکی زیبایی درمیان دندانپزشکان و همچنین عامۀ مردم جایگاه ویژه‌ای پیدا کرده‌است. بلیچینگ‌های دندانی یکی از شاخه&shy;‌های مطرح در دندانپزشکی زیبایی است. برای انجام بلیچینگ روش‌های متعددی با معایب و محاسن خاص وجود دارد. واضح است که دندانپزشکان همیشه به ‌ دنبال روشی با حداکثر اثربخشی و حداقل آسیب‌&shy;رسانی بوده‌اند و هستند. از جمله معیارهای ارزیابی این روش&shy;‌ها تغییر رنگ بیشتر، آسیب حرارتی کمتر و همچنین آثار درمانی طولانی‌تر می‌باشد. یکی از متدهایی که به ‌نظر می‌رسد در این راستا مؤثر باشد و اخیراً در متون علمی مورد توجه ویژه قرار گرفته ‌ است، روش بلیچینگ با استفاده از لیزر می‌باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعۀ مروری، بررسی متونی بود که از لیزر به ‌عنوان یک ابزار کمک ‌تحریکی (واکنشی) جهت بلیچینگ استفاده کرده بودند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>جستجو در منابع الکترونیکی PubMed , Google Scholar , Google جهت یافتن مطالعات کلینیکی به زبان انگلیسی با کلید‌واژه‌های &quot;Lase&quot; و &quot; Bleaching &quot; در بازۀ زمانی 1965 تا 2012 صورت گرفت.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>یافته ‌ ها: </strong>در ‌ کل، 42 مقاله به این موضوع پرداخته بودند که از این میان تنها متون کامل 22 مقاله در دسترس بود. از بررسی تحقیقات انجام ‌ شده نتیجۀ مشخصی به ‌ دست نیامده است به ‌ طوری ‌ که نمی‌توان گفت کدام روش بلیچینگ مؤثر‌تر بوده ‌ است. به ‌نظر می&shy;رسد برای رسیدن به یک نتیجۀ درست و قابل اعتماد، به یک تحقیق جامع با درنظر ‌ گرفتن منابع فعال ‌ کنندۀ مختلف، دستگاه ‌ های لیزر مختلف، ژل ‌ های متفاوت و پارامترهای گوناگون دیگر نیاز می&shy;باشد. علاوه‌بر ‌ این با توجه به اینکه استفاده از لیزر در بلیچینگ بسته به مهارت دندانپزشک در تعیین بهترین پارامترهای لیزری از ‌ جمله توان، طول موج، فرکانس و مدت زمان استفاده در درمان دندان ‌ ها با تم رنگی مختلف، نوع دندان و تغییر رنگ آن نتایج متفاوتی حاصل می&shy;کند، برای رسیدن به یک قضاوت منصفانه لازم &shy;بود که این امر در ‌ نظر گرفته شود.</span></span></span></p> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Background:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> Cosmetic Dentistry has obtained a special position nowadays between Dentists and people. One of the branches of cosmetic dentistry is dental bleaching. Bleaching can be done using several methods with certain pros and cons. It is obvious that dentists always seek to find the method with maximum effectiveness and minimum damage. Some of the criteria include more color change, less heat damage, longer treatment effects. One of the methods, which seems to be effective in this regard and has recently received a lot of attention in research studies, is bleaching with lasers. The purpose of this survey study was to assess texts, which used lasers as a tool to contribute to stimulation (reaction) in bleaching.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Search strategies:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> Data sources included electronic databases of PubMed, Google Scholar, and Google Scholar. Key words of &quot; laser&quot; and &quot;bleaching&quot; were used to access articles published between 1965 till 2012.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> Totally 42 studies were find in this subject which full texts were available for only 22 of them.&nbsp; The survey of research done didn&rsquo;t show a certain result, and so it&rsquo;s not possible to say which bleaching method is more effective. It seems in order to achieve a correct and reliable result a complete survey considering various activator sources, different lasers, and various gels and different other parameters should be done. Besides, In bleaching with laser treatment a lot of skill is required from dentist in using the best laser parameters such as power, wave length, frequency and radiation time in treatment of different teeth with various color themes, teeth species, color changes which can attain different results.
