fa بررسی اثر لیزر دیود 810 نانومتر بر کاهش تریسموس ناشی از جراحی عقل نهفته عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> خارج ساختن دندان‌های مولر سوم نهفته ی فک پایین، یکی از شایعترین جراحی های ناحیه دهان می باشد. تریسموس یکی از عوارض جراحی عقل نهفته بوده که شامل کاهش تغذیه به دلیل مضغ ناقص ومشکل در صحبت کردن، و به مخاطره افتادن بهداشت دهان می باشد . هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثر لیزر دیود nm 810 بر روی تریسموس پس از خارج نمودن دندان های عقل نهفته فک پایین به روش جراحی است.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> مطالعه به شکل کار آزمایی بالینی بر روی تعداد 20 که دارای 2 دندان عقل نهفته فک پایین مشابه ونسبتاً قرینه بودند صورت گرفت. دو دندان هر فرد به فاصله حداقل 2 هفته جراحی شد که به طور تصادفی یک طرف به عنوان گروه تجربی بعد از جراحی مورد تابش لیزر قرار گرفت.در گروه تجربی،لیزر دیود 810 نانومتر با دوزهای 3 ژول داخل ساکت و5 ژول باکالی ودر دندان طرف مقابل به عنوان گروه شاهد ، تظاهر به تابش شد . محدودیت باز شدن دهان در روز کشیدن بخیه ارزیابی شد. داده های به دست آمده از مطالعه با استفاده از آزمون های Paired samples T و Wilcoxon sign rank مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>نتایج: </strong>محدودیت باز شدن دهان پس از جراحی نیز در گروه لیزر به طور معناداری کمتر از گروه پلاسبو بود (0001/0 P-value= ).</span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که لیزر با پارامترهای مورد استفاده در این مطالعه دارای اثرات مثبت در کاهش عوارض بعد از جراحی بوده است .</span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Background:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> Surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molar is one of the main oral and maxiofacial surgeries. Trismus is one of the complications of surgical removal of impacted third molar that leads to problems in eating because of improper mastication and also problems in speaking and oral hygiene. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Diode laser (810 nm) on trismus after surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molar.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Material & Methods:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"> This study was designed as controlled clinical trial and was performed on 20 patients with having 2 similar and symmetrical impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. Two teeth in each patient were removed surgically within a 2-week interval and randomly one side was selected as experimental group which was irradiated after surgery. In the experimental group, Diode laser irradiated with 810 nm wavelength and 3J intrasocket and 5J buccally and on the other side as control group it was pretended to irradiate the socket but with no actual irradiation.
